ABOUT ME

As a mental health occupational therapist, I bring a deep curiosity about dysautonomia, neurodiversity and the many ways they shape women’s lives. I’m one of those ‘almost finished PhDers’ – I’m a passionate researcher, but recognise the importance of anecdotal evidence, and trust my clinical wisdom, my lived experience and my perspective as a neurodivergent woman & mother.

I am dedicated to walking alongside neurodivergent women as they navigate gendered expectations, the “sandwich” years of caregiving and work, post-viral fatigue and the often-invisible load of autonomic symptoms. My work integrates science, story and hormone & nervous-system-informed care to help women name their experiences, reclaim their energy and build lives that feel congruent, sustainable and spacious.

I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement, a Master of Occupational Therapy, a half-completed PhD, a diploma of Project Management, and am a Yin-Yoga instructor.
